Is your organisation future ready? How can your organisation transform to meet evolving needs in the future economy?

With rapid technological advancement today, we are faced with a whole new set of challenges, which are rapidly evolving even as we seek to find innovative solutions. More than just a concept, innovation is now the key competency which is necessary to ensure that our learners and workers continue to be relevant in the fast-moving world today.

Following from the recommendations of the Committee for the Future Economy, SMU and Principals Academy have specially put together a conference to prepare us all to navigate the complex and uncertain environment in the coming years. Supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG), Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA), Employment & Employability Institute (e2i) and Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the inaugural DIGITEC 2017 is a two-day conference focused on digital transformation and forward thinking concepts and solutions for the 21st century workplace. DIGITEC 2017 is the first conference that brings educators together with industry practitioners. The aim of this conference is to equip participants with skills to navigate strategically in the increasingly collaborative environment of a globalised world. Beyond providing insights on megatrends and innovative solutions that are trending in industry sectors and education, DIGITIEC aspires to create a collaborative community that will bring the sharing of best practices amongst the public and private sectors in Singapore.
